At Clementine Lake Oswego , located in West Linn, OR, we exclusively serve adolescents battling Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction.
We are dedicated to supporting adolescents and their families on their journey towards recovery. Our program is designed to help clients replace eating disorders with healthy skills and a deep understanding of their unique individuality. We believe in the power of empathy, education, and partnership with families in the recovery process.
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Family Therapist to provide therapy for our clients and their families.
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday; traditional business hours with one late night (noon to 8 PM).

Responsibilities Include:
Provide weekly family therapy and caregiver coaching calls.
Facilitate group therapy sessions for clients and their families.
Support clients during meal times.
Participate in ongoing care management.
Ensure safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to each client's unique circumstances and intersecting identities.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in clinical counseling or a related discipline, at minimum.
Bilingual in Spanish highly desired.
Preferred: Licensed (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW).
Experience treating individuals with eating disorders in a residential or inpatient setting is a plus.
Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.
