Pay: $16.53 per hour Shifts Available Tuesday - Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Tuesday - Saturday: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM Sunday - Thursday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Overtime: May be required (up to 2 hours after scheduled shift) A hybrid schedule is available after training
*Please note that training hours are Monday - Friday (1:00 PM - 8:00 PM) for 2 weeks What We're Looking For: Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor Basic computer literacy (typing, navigating systems, etc.) No lifting required
What You'll Be Doing: Answer incoming calls and assist customers in both English and Spanish Provide clear, accurate information with professionalism and empathy Use basic computer systems to enter data and manage customer interactions Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude in every interaction
