Bilingual Customer Service Representative / Office Support Job Location: Sonoma, California Job Type: Long Term Temporary Pay Rate: $19-$21/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm Are you someone who enjoys helping people? We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to support the office tasks and customer support. Job Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate personnel across our Sonoma, American Canyon, and Stockton offices Greet and assist walk-in applicants with a warm and professional demeanor Provide support to recruiters with administrative tasks Pre-Screen applicants Create profiles and document activity in applicant tracking software Email skill assessments to applicants Translate verbal or written communications for Spanish-speaking candidates and staff when needed Experience Required: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent phone etiquette and customer service mindset Detail oriented with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Ability to navigate multiple platforms with ease Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Interested?
