Our Assistant Store Managers are fully trained Certified Arch Support Specialists (training and certification provided). They play a key role in assessing client needs, educating on benefits, recommending products, and leading a team to do the same. Training: Initial sales training, certification, and ongoing education. Compensation: $75k-$115k annually, based on performance, with commission and base salary. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a rewarding experience. Analyze data to drive sales and improve performance. Educate customers on arch support benefits and assist with product fitting. Oversee store operations, including inventory and client management. Change lives—two feet at a time. Location: Doral, FL (DoralASM1) Requirements : 1+ years of experience in generating new business, increasing sales, and meeting/exceeding goals. 1+ years in a supervisory role within a customer-facing business. Enjoys active participation in sales and team engagement. Supports a culture of diligent, empathetic problem-solving. Leads by example, actively involved with the team. Aligns with core values, product knowledge, policies, and mission to change lives. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines. Basic computer skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel, POS). Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
