Role Overview As a Behavioral Health Technician (RBT), you will have the unique opportunity to work with children with ASD in their home environment. You will provide crucial behavioral interventions, implement ABA therapy, and regularly communicate progress to families and caregivers. Collaboration with a team of dedicated professionals to create and execute individualized treatment plans is a key aspect of this role. What We're Looking For: Experience with Behavior Analysis, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Psychology Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proven experience in providing behavioral intervention Hands-on experience implementing ABA therapy Ability to work independently and maintain a remote work setup Preferred experience working with children with ASD Educational background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Paid training Professional development assistance Referral program Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
