Duties Prepare bars for operation, manage cash banks, and ensure a well-stocked service bar. craft and serve a variety of simple alcoholic beverages as requested by patrons or staff. Record sales accurately, issue change or prepare charge slips, and maintain a clean and sanitary bar area. Identify and manage unruly or intoxicated patrons, resolving issues or seeking assistance as needed. Perform other assigned duties as required. Requirements Conditions of employment Direct deposit and a social security card are mandatory. Candidates must fulfill qualification and background requirements for this role. A one-year probationary period may apply. Completion of employment verification checks (E-Verify) is required. Initial food sanitation and safety training of at least 4 hours must be completed within 30 days of employment, with annual refresher training also required. Successful completion of all pre-employment checks, including a medical examination, is necessary. This position requires completion of a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting items up to 20 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 40 pounds, while standing for prolonged periods. Standard Qualifications: Must meet local/state age requirements to serve alcohol at appointment time. Ability to lift and carry weights up to 20 pounds is needed. Strong math skills for calculating patron bills and taking inventory are essential. Skill in mixing and serving both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages is required. Experience must be clearly listed on your resume for consideration. Education No specific educational qualifications are required for this position.
