Description:

Summary: Take orders, prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages courteously and efficiently according to hotel procedures. In addition, maintain stock/supplies and cleanliness of outlet and equipment.

Essential Functions:

Take orders, prepare beverages and provide them to guests in a courteous manner. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area, bar tops, floors and line equipment Receives, issues and keeps necessary records of liquor and other bar supplies Refills and stocks garnishes and glassware Follows cash handling and Info Genesis POS procedures Follows cash and comp procedures Performs other duties as assigned Requirements:

Qualifications/Requirements: High school diploma preferred Must be at least 21 years of age At least a year of previous experience in a high-volume bar Excellent communication and guest service skills

Required Work Cards: Alcohol Awareness Health Non-Gaming Gaming

Physical Requirements: Walking, standing or stooping (75% of the time) Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling or otherwise moving objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Vision, hearing, speech and literacy (critical)
