Resort Bartender - Evenings Only (Thu-Sat, 5-10 pm)
Are you an experienced bartender who enjoys a steady pace with occasional bursts of energy? Zermatt Resort Utah Resort & Spa, located in Midway, Utah, is looking for a reliable Evening Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team.
This role is a great fit for an experienced local bartender who prefers a shorter commute, a welcoming guest environment, and consistent evening hours-without the late-night crowds of Park City.
You'll work independently alongside our Lounge Bar Cook, serving guests in our Lobby Lounge. Most evenings are relaxed, but we also host music nights and group events where the pace can pick up quickly. We need someone who can keep the bar lively, manage a sudden rush, and comfortably take food orders and provide table service when needed to keep the guest experience smooth.
Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday evenings, with the ability to pick up occasional extra evening hours if we open for group business. 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm Part-time, consistent weekly hours Essential Functions: Follow all Utah DABC laws and food safety standards Take food and beverage orders, both at the bar and from lounge tables Serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to recipe and service standards Deliver food orders to guests and support smooth table service when needed Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar Manage guest interactions with professionalism and warmth Handle unexpected rushes with confidence Assist with inventory and closing duties Pay: Hourly + Tips

What We're Looking For: Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Utah DABC Alcohol Serving Permit Valid Utah Food Handler permit (or ability to obtain) Previous bartending experience required (must be comfortable working solo and managing both calm and busy nights) Friendly, professional guest service skills with the ability to handle both bar and table-side orders Flexible attitude to step in and assist with food service when the lounge is busy
The Resort functions seven days a week and 24 hours a day. All employees, both management and hourly, must realize, at times, it may be necessary to move an employee from their accustomed shift to support business demands.
