The Coffee Den is seeking an experienced Coffee Shop Shift Leader to oversee the daily operations during their assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong background in team management and hospitality. As the Shift LEader, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and staff while ensuring the highest quality of service and product offerings.

*Responsibilities*

* Lead and manage daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring smooth service delivery. * Oversee inventory management, including keeping track of supplies and monitoring and reporting stock levels. * Mentor, and develop new and temp staff to provide exceptional customer experiences * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas. * Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff. * Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to enhance satisfaction. * Collaborate with management to ensure quality food offerings complement beverage selections.

*Experience*

* Proven experience in a casual dining or coffee shop environment. * Strong background in hospitality with an emphasis on customer service excellence. * Experience in staff training, interviewing, and team management is essential. * Previous experience working in a bar setting or with beverage preparation is desirable.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
