Collegiate Hotel Group ® is seeking a Banquet Server to join Graduate East Lansing  and its brilliant team of hospitality enthusiasts. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides exceptional Guest Service Bus and set tables, including condiments as needed Prepare room for events: set table cloths, dishes, silverware as needed Assist in cleaning and organizing at the completion of an event Must be familiar with all menu items, their preparation and serviceprocedure Serve guests food and drinks during event as required Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicatedguests Accommodate any needs for reasonable special requests Follow directions as detailed from Banquet Captain, Lead Server or Banquet Manager Other duties as assigned EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma/GED Previous food and beverage, hospitality, restaurant, banquets or hotel experience required KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Able to work flexible hours andshifts Ability to communicate effectivelyverbally Team player Ability to multi-task BENEFITS/ PERKS Work today, get paid today, with Daily Pay!
