Are you passionate about providing exceptional service in a beautiful, team-oriented setting? Ford’s Colony Country Club is seeking friendly, professional, and energetic Banquet Servers to join our hospitality team. As a Banquet Server, you will help create memorable dining experiences for our members and guests by delivering outstanding food and beverage service during special events, banquets, and private functions.

Compensation:  $3.00/hr + service charges

What You'll Be Doing :

Greet and assist guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.

Present menus, describe daily specials, and answer questions about food and beverage offerings.

Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders, ensuring all details are correct.

Professionally present and pour wines/champagnes as needed.

Ensure compliance with state liquor laws, including verifying guest age.

Monitor tables throughout service, refilling beverages and anticipating guest needs.

Assist with clearing, resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Process payments, operate cash registers, and provide accurate change/receipts.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth, timely service.

Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously, referring to management when necessary.

Support teammates and contribute to a positive, service-driven environment.

What We're Looking For :

Prior restaurant or banquet serving experience preferred.

Knowledge of state liquor laws and responsible alcohol service.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Dependable, adaptable, and a strong team player.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Bilingual skills a plus.
