Our guest service team leader is responsible for the overall guest experience when on duty, and for maintaining service quality standards by ensuring the team delivers premium guest service and treats each guest as a VIP. Responsibilities Ensure positive guest and team member experience. Address guests who are dissatisfied with service or product. Communicate to the team about product offerings, new company initiatives, and general bakery updates. Drive product sales by partnering with the culinary team to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Operations-focused: manage daily communication log, meal breaks, food safety, and COVID procedures.
