The Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Health Manager is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the health, readiness, and optimization of the demo fleet. This role leads key initiatives to align fleet capabilities with broader organizational objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and support business growth. The ideal candidate combines strong project management, analytical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement across fleet programs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for fleet health planning and operational excellence
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to optimize fleet strategy, improve efficiency, and accelerate product exposure and market readiness
  • Develop strategic plans that align fleet operations with company goals, ensuring scalable and sustainable performance
  • Evaluate fleet utilization, regional needs, and maintenance programs to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions
  • Conduct market research and provide actionable, data-driven insights to inform planning and future initiatives
  • Build and maintain accurate, consistent, and timely reporting on fleet health metrics and operational performance
  • Deliver executive-level presentations and strategic business cases to influence decision-making and long-term planning
  • Collaborate with Field Operations, Logistics, and Business Generation teams to ensure coordinated execution of demo fleet programs
  • Develop and refine fleet readiness strategies and maintenance programs to maximize fleet uptime and online availability

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, operations, planning, or finance
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills; able to communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, SQL, Power BI, MySQL; ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Demonstrated success driving initiatives in cross-functional and fast-paced environments
  • Strong judgment, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving approach
  • Knowledge of autonomous vehicle technology and fleet operations
  • Experience in asset management and fleet maintenance strategy development
  • Preferably, experience in fleet management and readiness optimization
