A bustling, well-equipped auto repair shop in Westminster, MD, is seeking a skilled B-Level Technician (B+++) to join the team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys tackling both gasoline and diesel vehicles, and takes pride in precision work—without the corporate dealership vibe.

Specializing in diesel performance and maintenance, the shop regularly works on:
Dodge Ram Cummins Diesel
Ford Power Stroke Engines
Chevy Duramax Diesel
With a commitment to maximizing longevity, fuel efficiency, and reliability, the shop handles everything from standard maintenance to engine replacements, fuel system repairs, and emissions solutions.
What's on the Table
Pay: $28–$35/hour, based on experience, plus a year-end Christmas bonus (performance-based)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends!)
Tools & Equipment: Dedicated 10k lift provided, Hunter four-post extended alignment rack, modern scan tools (Autel, Ford IDS, Snap-on)
Shop Environment: 4 bays / 4 lifts, climate-controlled (YES! AC and Heat in Shop!), and organized for efficiency

What They're Looking For
Experience: 5–8+ years as an automotive technician
Independent shop hands on experience required!
Skills:
Solid diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting
Emissions knowledge
Gasoline and diesel (up to F550's for example) expertise
Attitude: Steady, reliable, and ready to deliver top-notch work without rushing or cutting corners
