*Automotive Service Advisor/Writer Qualifications:* * Must have a valid U.S drivers license. * Must be reliable * Minimum one year customer service experience required. * Team Oriented and positive attitude with high energy personality. * Ability to Multi Task and stay focused in a fast paced environment. * CDK experience helpful * Professional appearance and attitude required. * Able to work some Saturdays

*Day to day expectations:* * Ability to achieve goals and objectives set by management. * Communicate with parts department and technicians in order to complete repairs. * Ability to perform Multi Point Inspection * Report to Management for additional job duties. * Schedule service appointments. * Greet and write customer up in a timely manner. * Maintain highest customer satisfaction in accordance with Manufactures guidelines, * Review Repair Orders to insure work is completed * Ability to communicate effectively with both external and internal customers and employees.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
