Building loyalty and trust, creating an amazing guest experience, generating profit and maintaining area-leading customer satisfaction index. Requirements Prior, proven success in Luxury Service Advisor role is preferred but not required, ability to provide a stellar customer service experience, manager-assisted problem solving, desire to grow within in the largest automotive organization in New England focus and drive with daily Manager tracked success, productivity in an entrepreneurial role – essentially this is running your own business with our support and our tools!
