Compensation: Up to $80k Total Earning Potential | Base + Bonus | High-Volume, High-Culture Shop
Are you ready to join one of the top auto repair shops in Shawano? A highly respected, busy independent shop is seeking a talented Service Advisor to join its high-performing team! This is a trusted shop known for outstanding customer service, strong repeat business, and high customer retention. Here's your chance to make a meaningful impact where relationships and trust matter.
What You'll Do: • Be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for customers • Manage the service process from intake to recommendations to closeout • Build strong relationships with customers through active listening and honest communication • Create estimates, prioritize repairs, and help the team deliver exceptional service • Collaborate with a seasoned front office team in a 3-person advisor/management setup
What We're Looking For: • A people-first attitude and excellent communication skills • Experience as a Service Advisor in an independent/aftermarket shop preferred • Ability to confidently recommend services without being an "order taker" • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle a high volume of cars • Someone who thrives in a team-oriented, customer-focused environment
Shop Highlights:
$3M+ in annual sales
130-150 cars per week
High customer retention rate
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly base pay (DOE) + weekly bonus
Expected annual earnings $60K-$80K
