D&R Autoworks , a full-service auto repair shop serving the Highland Park community, is looking for a customer-focused, experienced Service Advisor with a great attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Location: 1454 Old Deerfield Rd, Highland Park, IL Pay: $19 - $23.50/hour + Overtime + Monthly Incentive Plan Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Weekends Off!)

What You'll Do

* Greet and assist customers with professionalism and care * Communicate repair recommendations clearly and honestly * Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service * Build lasting customer relationships based on trust * Help drive shop performance through sales and service excellence

? What We're Looking For

* 1+ year of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role * Strong communication and sales skills * A team player who builds respectful relationships with technicians * Committed to delivering an honest, transparent customer experience * Valid driver's license and clean MVR * High school diploma or GED
