Drive sales team performance through strategic activity planning and maintaining strict accountability measures. Oversee the seamless integration of our established processes into newly acquired locations to maintain consistency across the expanding organization. Devise and execute sophisticated digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility and lead generation capabilities. Collaborate closely with marketing teams to produce compelling online content and promotions that align with our brand standards. Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and competitor activities to maintain our competitive advantage in the automotive retail sector.
