What You'll Do Build lasting relationships with customers by identifying their needs and providing tailored Belle Tire solutions. Implement and follow Belle Tire's effective Sales Process. Manage cash handling processes including customer payments and daily cash reconciliation. Oversee shop workflow to ensure seamless and efficient operations. Ensure compliance with store opening and closing procedures and manage daily paperwork. Assist in the interviewing, onboarding, and scheduling of new store employees. Coach and develop team members to achieve personal and store goals in a positive work environment. Manage inventory processes effectively. Ensure the facility is well-maintained and operational. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager. What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver's license required. At least 1 year of leadership experience in a retail or automotive service environment. Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds. Work Environment This role is based in a tire and automotive service retail store. Expect varying work hours from Monday through Saturday, with potential for overtime. Work in a fast-paced workshop setting with physical demands such as prolonged standing and heavy lifting.
