Grogan's Towne Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is a high-volume dealership with immediate openings for fully certified Stellantis technicians, offering the opportunity to earn over $150k annually. Top-level technicians earn up to $71.00 per flat rate hour, including a $5.00 per flat rate hour annual bonus payable in December. We are a family-oriented dealership offering flexible schedules to attend family events and functions. As a Master Service Technician, you will utilize your vehicle maintenance expertise to perform repairs according to dealer and factory standards. Our top technicians work on hybrid, diesel, Promaster, transmissions, and engine repair. If you are not certified in all these areas, we will provide training to help you advance to the next level. What We Offer: Up to $71 per flat rate hour based on training levels Growing Service Department 401k with company match Paid vacation Medical, dental, and life insurance Paid training Job Responsibilities: Inspect and diagnose automotive and light-duty truck repairs needed Troubleshoot and diagnose computer control system components using scanners and laptops Repair or replace engines, transmissions, brakes, and air conditioning systems Repair or replace electrical, electronic, computer controls, and fuel systems Perform preventive maintenance, including lubricating, oil changes, and transmission servicing Perform tune-ups, replace alternators, voltage regulators, and ignition systems Replace wheel bearings, universal joints, main bearings, head gaskets, pistons, rings, and hydraulic valve lifters Qualifications & Requirements: 2-3 years of automotive diagnosis and problem-solving experience Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record ASE Certifications preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for and understanding of the industry Attention to detail Charlie’s Dodge has served the Maumee, Toledo, Sylvania, Oregon, and Perrysburg communities in Ohio since 1959.
