As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive service needs, ensuring a seamless and exceptional service experience. Responsibilities: Interact with customers to understand their service requirements and provide appropriate recommendations. Document customer concerns and vehicle information accurately. Coordinate between customers and technicians to ensure efficient and timely service delivery. Keep customers informed about the progress of their service and notify them of any additional repairs or costs. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
