Current salespeople average between $2,000 and $3,000 per month in commission plus the hourly rate. Position: Retail Salesperson Location: Audiolab Stereo & Video Center – Morrisville, PA Job Type: Full-Time What You'll Do: Greet and assist customers in our showroom with professionalism and enthusiasm

Demonstrate and explain high-performance audio, home theater systems, TVs, and automation solutions

Provide expert product knowledge and honest recommendations tailored to customer needs

Prepare quotes and close retail sales with confidence

Maintain showroom appearance and keep up with product training and trends

Manage and respond to live chat inquiries on our website , offering real-time assistance to online customers

Provide accurate information, product suggestions, and schedule appointments or follow-ups through live chat

Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals

What We're Looking For: Retail or customer service experience (audio/video or tech sales a plus)

Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude

Interest or background in audio, video, or home technology systems

Comfortable using online chat platforms and typing efficiently in a customer-facing setting

Ability to learn quickly and retain product knowledge
