Job Title: Associate Project Manager

Location: Doral FL Hybrid

Duration: 12 months will be Extended Pay Rate: $40/Hr. without benefits Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): Day (8 AM- 5 PM) or 9 am -6 pm

Job Description: What are the top 3 skills that would make this candidate successful in the role? Project Management, Organization, Communication Position will serve as project support to the Implementation and Operations team serving the Desert Southwest District.

Role & Responsibilities: Understand customer contracts, scope of work, goals, and project/financial timelines. Interface with customer contact and attend customer deployment meetings as a subject matter expert (SME) for Crown Castle. Ensure and customer systems are maintained with accurate and reportable data. Report on financial status against commitments and keeping all stakeholders informed. Resolve conflicts and drive issue resolution with all stakeholders. Manage risk, actions, issues, dependencies, scope creep and other work order changes according to contractual practices. Escalate issues through internal lines of business.

Education/Certifications?: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience Requirements?: Minimum of three (3) + years of project management experience. Experience managing project budgets or related financial experience. MS Excel - working with large data and organizing the data.

Skills/Abilities: Strong financial acumen, including the ability to read and understand financial metrics. Ability to interface effectively with all levels of organization, including senior leaders. Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships. Customer-facing project management experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Knowledge of public right of way project deployment.
