Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Associate Nurse Manager to join our Orthopedic team. Location: UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion, Aurora, CO Department: Orthopedics FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $42.90 - $66.50 / hour based on relevant experience Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, top of scope nursing care directly to patients using the nursing process. Embrace a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve outstanding patient outcomes. Focus on wellness, patient-centered care, and evidence-based practices. Model proficiency by mentoring and precepting new healthcare staff. Be proactive in learning and adapting to a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. Contribute to maintaining safety and quality at the point of care. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Nursing. Active state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with relevant certifications as needed for the position. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a related area. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with a clear card in hand before the start date.
