We are excited to invite applications for the position of Associate Manager of Direct Support Services on our team!
The Associate Manager is instrumental in overseeing the operations of our Residential and Day Services Programs. This role includes coordinating activities, documenting the progress of individuals we serve, ensuring the facility is well-maintained, and assisting with meal preparation.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Monitoring the health and safety of individuals served, ensuring that living environments and program activities comply with all regulatory standards.
Assisting in managing daily operations of residential or day services, including activity coordination, personal support for daily living tasks, and staff scheduling.
Filling in to cover staff shortages, administering medications, and participating in individual program planning teams as needed.
Playing a role in meal planning and preparation, ensuring dietary needs and kitchen sanitation procedures are adhered to.
Supporting individuals in identifying and achieving their personal goals.
Maintaining thorough documentation of activities and developmental progress.
Intervening in instances of aggressive or inappropriate behavior, applying appropriate behavior programs and strategies.
Ensuring accurate electronic documentation of activities and individual development.
Managing petty cash and handling individual finances, including grocery and supply purchases.
Overseeing the upkeep of residential facilities and transportation vehicles.

Tuesday-Thursday: 1 PM - 9 PM
Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM
Saturday: 8 AM - 4 PM

What You’ll Need:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
This position requires certification in medication administration, CPR, and first aid, which can be obtained after hire.
A minimum of one year of experience in a related field.
