SUMMARY: Assist the Event & Retail Manager to cost effectively drive non-media lead generation and local awareness through marketing tactics such as events/shows, showrooms, corporate partnerships, retail partnerships, community groups, HOA groups, company-created events, and more.
Responsibilities
In-field coaching, training and in-booth work.
Recruiting and interviewing.
Classroom training. Teaching staff methodology, rebuttals, process and procedures.
Manage the department calendar including negotiating with event sponsors and outside vendors to procure space and obtain the best value for investment. Oversee participation in events, sponsorship, retail partnerships and creation of lead-gen opportunities based on established objectives, including on-site administration, resource supervision, and other implementation details.
Collaborate with partners within Renewal to drive results.
Communicate results and strategy with management.
Direction of Others
Provides guidance, training, and work direction to Retail Marketing Reps.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications preferred or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities.
Some experience in sales/marketing, planning events and/or managing sales/retail teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to think strategically, with strong project management skills, including attention to detail.
Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $68,850-$81,573 plus incentives.

Additional Information
Profit Sharing: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
