Join a leading hedge fund as a Consultant Relations Associate , where you'll play a key role in deepening relationships with the institutional consultant community and supporting strategic fundraising initiatives.

Role Overview:

As part of the Investor Relations and Distribution team, you will:

Build and maintain relationships with investment consultants across key platforms. Coordinate and prepare responses to consultant questionnaires, RFPs, and DDQs. Support the development of customized materials and presentations for consultant meetings. Track consultant coverage, engagement, and feedback to inform strategic outreach. Collaborate with investment, product, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and data accuracy. Ideal Candidate: 2-5 years of experience in consultant relations, investor relations, or institutional sales support. Strong understanding of hedge fund strategies and institutional investment landscape. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management capabilities. Experience with CRM systems and consultant databases is a plus.
