The Law Offices of Gary Martin Hays & Associates, P.C., is seeking a highly motivated associate attorney to join our Personal Injury Team in-person at our Duluth, GA office. At least 3 years of Personal Injury experience is preferred, but not required; however, the successful candidate must possess strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Responsibilities: Learn, understand and execute the firm’s personal injury case management process and procedures according to written and/or verbal instructions Manage a portfolio of personal injury cases through the use of a variety of case management programs and procedures Ensure the rights of the client as well as the professional integrity of the firm are preserved and maintained through professional expert representation in court or before government agencies Prepare legal documents and negotiate settlements on behalf of injured clients Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to build rapport with clients Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills Excellent time management skills, be organized and able to effectively prioritize projects and tasks in a fast-paced work environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent client service.
