Your schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Your mission as Assistant to our Project Manager:
You will coordinate with stakeholders, managing documentation, monitoring work progress and contributing to overall project efficiency and success. Simply stated, you will make our project manager's life easier.
Duties & Responsibilities: Communication and Customer Service: Order materials and coordinate deliveries or pickup of materials when needed Responsible for ongoing site visits and project updates with company leadership team, trades and homeowner. Build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, provide progress updates, and address inquiries professionally. Field Coordination and Logistics (requiring experience in willingness to learn): Assist with developing project plans, schedules, and budgets; collaborate on defining project scope and deliverables. Organize and maintain contracts, drawings, permits, and reports to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Work with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to support seamless execution and resolve on-site challenges. Help monitor project budgets, track costs, and address variances by proposing corrective actions. Assist in inspections to ensure compliance with construction plans and enforce quality standards. Identify potential risks, contribute to mitigation strategies, and resolve project disruptions proactively. Responsible for scheduling trades, customer walk throughs, inspections and various project related meetings Required qualifications/experience: At least 2 years of experience in residential construction or operations support Proficient in word, excel and outlook Comfortable learning project management software Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Able to maintain accurate logs, record time on jobsites, take and upload photos, submit construction permits online Valid driver's license Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
