Key Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Supervise, train, and mentor hourly employees, fostering a positive and accountable work environment. Oversee cash handling and inventory management, addressing any discrepancies promptly. Maintain operational records and ensure adherence to financial protocols, including banking and payroll responsibilities. Keep the store image in line with our Grand Opening standards, ensuring cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Prioritize guest service excellence, promoting a 'guest first' mindset among the team. Engage in promotional initiatives to increase guest satisfaction and sales.
