Your Role as an Assistant Store Manager: In this position, you will assist in managing the operations of a single store, including responsibilities such as hiring, directing, and supporting associates to achieve financial objectives while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Your efforts will be key to the success of your store. To ensure your success, we provide over three weeks of hands-on leadership training. Qualifications: High school diploma is required Ability to work in stores within a 50-mile radius Flexibility to work weekends and varied schedules Food Safety: Serve Safe certification is a plus Physical Requirements: Expect to work in warm kitchen environments with potential steam and food vapors, requiring periods of standing and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities will include food preparation using various kitchen equipment in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication skills, adaptability to changing priorities, and conflict management ability are essential.
