Position Details: Type: Full-Time Location: 100% On Site Compensation: $18-$23.50 per hour Start Date: Immediate Your Responsibilities: Install new tires and wheels efficiently. Manage inventory, both new and existing. Lead and guide a team of 4-5 technicians in a service-oriented environment. Perform tire maintenance tasks including rotations, balancing, repairs, and cleaning. Deliver a world-class customer service experience to every client. Work 35+ hours per week during standard business hours. Engage in hands-on, on-the-job training and personal development. What We Seek: A strong leadership mindset. A valid driver's license.
