Your Role as an Assistant Store Manager: As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll be essential in overseeing the daily operations of our store. Your responsibilities include hiring, managing, and directing associates to reach our financial goals while ensuring exceptional experiences for our guests. Key Qualifications: High school diploma required. Willingness to work within a 50-mile radius. Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends. You should be able to remain standing for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work effectively in a fast-paced setting, while maintaining accuracy. Strong verbal communication skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment are essential.
