Willingness to work in stores within a 50-mile radius. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Food Safety: Serve Safe certification is a must. Work Environment Statement: Duties often involve working in hot areas with steam and food vapors. The workspace can be restricted, and standing for long periods is expected. Employees will need to prepare both hot and cold foods, use kitchen equipment, and manage tasks quickly without sacrificing accuracy. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and reach across counter spaces to serve customers. The kitchen environment may be noisy, and effective verbal communication skills are essential as you adapt to changes and manage conflicts.
