Recruiting, training, and scheduling a team of 20-60 coworkers Ensuring food safety and compliance Managing orders and controlling inventory Monitoring P&Ls for effective financial management Maintaining cleanliness and stocking supplies Requirements: Strong people skills with a talent for resolving coworker and customer concerns Thrives in a fast-paced work environment Adept at problem-solving and quickly shifting priorities Passionate about mentoring and helping others grow Commitment to maintaining a clean and inviting store atmosphere Previous management or leadership experience is preferred Schedule: Our Assistant Managers typically work 45 hours across five days, earning time and a half for any hours exceeding 40 in a week.
