You will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, managing expenses and shrinkage, and maintaining high standards in merchandising and inventory control in line with company policies. The minimum age requirement for this position is 18. This role requires physical stamina, including over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
