Your Role as an Assistant Store Manager: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will take charge of assisting in the overall operations of a single store. Your responsibilities will include hiring, overseeing, and mentoring associates to achieve financial goals while ensuring exceptional experiences for our guests. We will equip you with the necessary tools for success, including 3 or more weeks of store leadership training.
