Overview Assistant Store Manager - Spirit at Spirit Halloween supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store, and helps drive sales and profitability through guest services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage management, merchandising and inventory control. Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Help establish and maintain Guest Services to maximize customer satisfaction. Develop and coach store staff to improve performance and engagement. Assist with controlling expenses and reducing shrinkage. Assist with merchandising and inventory control to optimize store operations.

Qualifications Prior retail management experience is required. Minimum age 18; flexible schedule. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

Pay and Benefits Hourly rate ranges from $16.00 to $16.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience. Benefits include Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs and End of Season Premium Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs subject to qualifications.
