The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager in store operations to maximize sales and profitability by maintaining Guest Services, staff development, controlling expenses, shrinkage, merchandising, and inventory management. The minimum age requirement is 18, and a flexible schedule is necessary. Physical demands include standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
