Overview Assistant Store Manager - Spirit role at Spirit Halloween Location: West Valley City, UT Salary: $16.00 - $16.25 per hour (dependent upon qualifications and experience) Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Assist in establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control to maximize sales and profitability. Qualifications Prior retail management experience is required. Minimum age 18; must have a flexible schedule. Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
