Will work between multiple stores in the district. Standard Operating hours are 8 AM - 7 PM Monday - Saturday and 10 AM - 4 PM on Sunday. Employees are scheduled to work 5 shifts within our operating hours. $17.50-$19.25 per hour plus monthly incentive opportunities. The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of one or more self-storage locations, under the guidance of the District Manager and Store Manager. This role ensures the facility meets high cleanliness standards and consistently delivers operational excellence. The Assistant Managers are accountable for building customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, presenting a structured sales process, and managing customer accounts.
