Who You Are
You’re a natural motivator with a strong sense of style and a passion for eyewear. You’re equally comfortable leading on the sales floor and managing the details behind the scenes. You thrive in a boutique environment where collaboration, creativity, and accountability drive success. You have optical sales experience — and if you’re a Licensed California Optician, that’s a big plus.
What You’ll Do
Partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Optical Stylists and sales associates
Lead by example in delivering SEE’s signature styling and personalized customer experience
Conduct daily team huddles to share goals, priorities, and updates
Step into the Store Manager role when needed to ensure seamless operations
Drive sales and client loyalty through exceptional service and styling
Execute sales strategies, in-store promotions, and local marketing initiatives
Maintain SEE’s high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Oversee operational tasks including but not limited to inventory control, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
Coordinate with the in-store optometrist for patient scheduling and smooth retail/optical integration
Support insurance verification, recordkeeping, and compliance with company policies
Work between Glendale and Beverly Center locations as needed
Monitor for loss prevention issues and enforce safety standards
Weekend availability required
What You Bring
2+ years of retail leadership experience preferred
Optical sales experience preferred
Licensed California Optician is a plus
Proven ability to drive sales and support team growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with POS systems, inventory tools, and Microsoft Office
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work in both Glendale and Beverly Center locations
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
