As a full-time Assistant Store Manager , you are passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for the whole family through customer engagement . You act as the store leader in the absence of the Store Manager. You are a people leader , developing your ability to motivate a team to achieve sales targets and growth goals . Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training. Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively. Ability to train and develop team members. Independent judgment and discretion. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. Knowledge of retail practices and procedures. Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, extended hours. Basic computer skills. Physical Requirements and Environment Lift up to 40 lbs regularly with proper techniques. Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods. Experience as a team leader, motivating and training associates. Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
