Paid on-the-job training and a comprehensive new hire program Access to a robust learning management system with e-learning modules for professional and personal development Cross-brand training enabling opportunities across eleven brands Enrollment in a key holder program to develop leadership potential for promotion Performance-based career advancement Educational reimbursement program Multiple medical insurance options including telemedicine and spending accounts (HSA/FSA/Dependent Care FSA) Traditional 401(k) and Roth 401(k) with company match Company-sponsored Life and AD&D Insurance Voluntary benefits (dental, vision, disability, life, accident, critical illness, and more) Free access to mental health resources and life coaching via Employee Assistance Program Discount marketplace and employee discounts Paid time off starting at 12 days first year What Youll Do Essential Duties And Responsibilities Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs Assess risk of financial transactions, process loan/pawn applications, check cashing, and ancillary products Complete daily call campaigns to market services, build new business, and nurture relationships Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collections, while maintaining customer service focus Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy Provide support and coaching to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality and safety Perform duties outside the office, when applicable (on-site vehicle appraisals, store errands, external marketing) Leverage partnerships and events to meet performance standards and obtain referrals Maintain store security protocols and manage vault and cash drawer Ensure compliance with company policies and laws; assist with audits and reporting Maintain store appearance and handle basic facility needs Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks to meet standards Perform other tasks as directed by leadership Maintain full-time schedule with regular in-person attendance, including weekends (minimum 40 hours/week). Schedules may change by brand What Were Looking For Qualifications And Skills A high school diploma or equivalent Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with phones, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama) Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and access to a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed) Background check required and conducted in accordance with applicable law Ability to meet physical demands (standing up to 90% of time, lifting/moving up to 25 pounds, and keyboard operation) Nice To Haves - Preferred Qualifications And Skills Management experience in retail, convenience store, grocery, finance, or related industries Experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations Workplace Awards & Recognition We are recognized as a Military Friendly Employer and Military Friendly Spouse Employer for four years, and have been named Top Employer for Hispanic and Latinos by HLPA in 20232025.
