Apply today! Responsibilities Supervising and guiding a team of automotive technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards. Performing advanced diagnostic tests and repairs on vehicles, serving as a mentor and resource for junior technicians. Providing technical guidance and training to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members. Collaborating closely with service advisors to ensure clear communication and understanding of customer vehicle concerns. Overseeing the scheduling of repairs and maintenance jobs to optimize shop productivity and meet customer expectations. Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to team members. Resolving escalated customer issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements in automotive technology. Qualifications Prior experience as an Automotive Mechanic/Technician demonstrating strong knowledge of automotive systems and components. Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Valid drivers license & clean driving record. Excellent problem solving and diagnostic skills. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet or exceed hourly goals. Physical Requirements Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds. Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head. Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair. Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand-tools.
