Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Retail Store Manager! We offer an hourly rate between $16.00 and $16.25, based on your qualifications and experience. As part of our benefits, you will have access to premium pay programs including Set-Up and Tear Down, as well as our End of Season Premium Pay Program. Please note that all bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications. In this role, you will assist the Store Manager in various aspects of running a seasonal retail store. Your responsibilities will include staffing, setup, merchandising, and ensuring a smooth pack-up and teardown process. You will play a vital role in maximizing sales and profitability by delivering exceptional guest services, developing staff, and managing expenses, shrinkage, merchandising, and inventory control. We require candidates to be at least 18 years old and have a flexible schedule. The position does involve physical demands such as standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving items up to 50 pounds.
