Overview The Assistant Store Manager at our Lone Peak Logo retail location is a highly organized, goal-oriented professional with deep product knowledge and an understanding of overall retail operations. This individual excels at customer service, both internally and externally, and plays a key role in supporting Retail Managers while leading a team of Sales Associates. A positive, motivated attitude and the ability to lead by example are essential to creating a productive and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Gain extensive knowledge of Big Sky Resort property, activities, and the surrounding area Oversee daily operations of the assigned retail outlet Provide consistent sales floor coverage with a focus on guest service and loss prevention Coordinate employee breaks efficiently and fairly Support inventory control processes to meet or exceed inventory goals Delegate tasks and follow up on completion with clear communication Lead with attention to detail and accuracy when directing the sales associate team Help train and mentor Retail Sales Associates, modeling company policies and expectations Stay up to date on industry trends and maintain thorough product knowledge Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude, setting the tone for the team Participate in all required Big Sky Resort Retail employee training Act as a key holder and contribute to store merchandising initiatives Qualifications Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred Profeccient in Microsoft Office applications, payroll systems and team member portals, along with managing a Big Sky Resort company emal.
