This position manages branch staff and operations, achieves profitability & deposit growth goals, is a sales leader, manages cost effectiveness and ensures compliance with banking regulations/procedures/policies. Responsibilities include: Recruiting, selecting, training, and developing staff; completes and conducts performance appraisal Oversees organization of banking center sales, operations, and service processes Develops and manages profitable, multi-product relationships with individuals Participates in product development, product and services changes and delivery channels and alternatives Develops and implements tactics to drive deposit growth.
