The Essex Resort & Spa is looking for a dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our restaurant operations with heart, hustle and hospitality. What You’ll Do: As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll support the daily operations of our restaurants and bar, working side by side with the Restaurant Manager and culinary leadership to: Deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, resort-style environment. Lead, coach, and inspire a team of servers, hosts, runners and bartenders. Ensure smooth daily execution of service—from breakfast to dinner. Monitor quality, safety, cleanliness and consistency in all dining areas. Support scheduling, training, inventory and shift coverage as needed. Jump in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience (resort/F&B experience a plus). Strong leadership and communication skills. A hands-on, team-first attitude—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays. A genuine love for great food, guest service and creating positive team culture.

Pay is $68,000/year.
